We firmly stand behind our products. We will replace your item if it meets the following:
Item has a manufacturing problem
Item was incorrect size
Item does not make it to delivery address
We need a photo of the item to be replaced showing the defect in order or size to request a replacement. Please note, refunds are not given for any of these reasons. We will issue a reorder. Refunds will only be given when items are returned to us.
Items may be returned within 60 days of purchase.
The Customer is required to pay for the return shipping fees and these are nonrefundable. In order to qualify for a full refund item needs to be returned unused, with tags, in its original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
*Certain items are not eligible for refunds due to hygienic reasons: Beanies/winter hats, Headbands, Swimsuits, Socks.
